Right, we've been moving offices and the like over the half term and are looking to reprogramme the phone system to reflect the new changes.

Now, I'm working alongside a contractor as the school would rather pay someone than have me do it (means they have some recourse other than to me if it all goes wrong, so not complaining too much - plus an outside agency is paying for the work so ...)

Anyway, the usual phone contractor who installed the system is withholding the PIN number for the system as it's the same one he uses for other systems and all that usual jazz (I think he's basically hacked off we're not using him but that's another story). So, without defaulting the system, I was wondering if there was another way to reset the PIN code or gain access to the system without having to undo the existing work and routing that has taken place on there.
