Hi, we've started using Google Calendar as our main diary, with many staff using google apps accounts to manage the diary.
Our head would like staff to have access to the Google Calendar when they are away on courses/meetings etc, to see if they are able to attend next meetings etc. I.E. remote access to GC.
What's the best, most cost effective way to get access to google calendar? Web browsers on a mobile don't do justice to GC. Is it simply getting a PAYG mobile that has a google calendar app on it (Android phone?) with bundled data access? Any suggestions of a cost effective plan that won't cost the school too much for it's fairly limited usage?
Thanks in advance!

Google Calendar
Not sure about the calendar side of it, but the gmail app for symbian phones only updated when u asked it too, so very little data transfer.
