Boo hoo!! Android phone users help!

I've just bought the HTC Wildfire and love it!

But there is one slight problem....i cant download from the market place! Downloads just hang on starting download!!

Seems to be a bit of an issue with Android...anyone suffered from this bug and managed to beat it?

Have you entered your Google account details?

I set one up when i started the phone setup.

tried a factory reset....still nothing.. :'(

hmm, instead of creating one on the phone itself i created one on my laptop and it seems to have done the trick so far...fingers crossed!
