Thought about it but really have to work today Good news though - Orange's website went live at 12:30am this morning and took my order Got confirmation at 6:30am. About to phone Orange and double check then O2 to cancel my current contract and get a PAC code.

Phone delivered on Saturday and no need to queue

If O2 had allowed online upgrades and/or pre-orders (or I'd worked at that Apple pre-orders were valid for O2 upgrades early enough) I'd have stayed with O2. As it is they have lost a customer because I can't jump through their hoops!

Well - at work -shattered following all yesterday's running around and 5am start today!

Just having a cuppa and then I have a lovely job of re-installing epips on a w2k3 server as the old NAS box drive has gone to heaven.

    regards

    Simon

I'm not gonna gloat - actually I am

Just got off the phone to Orange, iPhone 4 order confirmed . Delivered on Sat, no early morning, no camping outside Apple/O2, no waiting in queues, no missing work.

    The future is bright

I was astonished to see a queue of about 30 people outside the tiny O2 store in Tonbridge at 8am this morning! It took me a moment or two to work out why on earth they were there!

Sorry - there seems to be a communication problem on the forum!

My daughter has one now - you don't.

But I won't gloat (on her behalf) either

    Simon

I have a 3GS now but I use the camera and battery a lot and the iphone 4 should have more battery along with led flash, 5mp camera with 720p recording and gyro etc and looking forward to the retina screen - not sure if there is much difference between the screens though although am looking forward to a stainless steal / glass case

I can't resist the temptation and should get one start of next week assuming there are any left hopefully
