    Iphone jailbreak and nearly went and bricked it.

    Jailbroke it last night managed to get into recovery mode loop this morning and nothing would get it out meant had to restore the phone.

    But +1 for the backup and restore process for Iphone not lost any data at all..

    So it's not an IPhone it's an IEScapePhone with Loopback restore capabilty is it not.

    Mine did the same quite a few times, but alas tried and tried again and it worked as needed. It's all down to the timings when pressing buttons and how long you hold them down for.

    yes ben sim free it was £355 with uk charger but i'm expecting a cutoms bill of 17.5% vat

    Mines 3gs can you confirm what key combo is as seen several different ones..

    Yes after research (did not have time this morning as had to get phone working) the 3gs if reset iphone puts it into recovery mode and then you have to rerun the jailbreak software for it to boot normally.

    I would jailbreak it tonight if it wasn't for the fact my cable is on my desk at work
