    Hi guys

I got the new 3gs with the new bootrom, once I jail break it it works ok. However if I ever have to reboot it or battery dies I then have to rerun the jail break app because I have the newer boot rom. Does any one know away around this as I don't a have a pc around me 24/7.

jailbroke mine with Blackra1n using cydia and rock but use rock alot nicer then cydia.

good apps sbsettings, lockinfo, backgrounder and multiflow, iblacklist just to block unknown numbers, with the usefull install0us.

Same boat - I think we just have to wait until they release the update to fix that little problem.

It jail breaks it, but if you reboot your phone you then have to run it again to make it usable as it gets stuck in recovery mode.

I'm also finding that my jailbroken phone is destroying my battery life. Any reasons why? Any thing that does it?

I've not voted but thought I'd say that I have jailbroken my iPad. Main reason was for greater customisation and also to get XBMC on it which is awesome when cooking in the kitchen!
