Voted no. Reasons:
Can't be bothered breaking it every time there is a new software update.
Not keen on installing software from untrusted sources on my phone.
Yes, to customise the themes and add another docking point at the bottom. The categories app is nice too![]()
Voted no because I dont have an iphone.
But I have an itouch and that is broken.... if I did have an iphone i'd break it now, because its a bit too restrictive as standard. Plus you can always reverse it.
I jailbroke mine and have never looked back
i jail broke mine and then went back to the original as there was no real point for me.
the apps i needed are all there and tell you the truth i only ever use the same 5-6.
Maybe we should start a new thread - best apps for iphones to use within education?
..eerr ill have a look before i start it just in case someone has already thought of it![]()
voted No, but i did JB once before the 3.0 gave me MMS since then its been normal
Tried Jailbreaking mine and i work fine until i tried to install winterboard, it then went into recovery mode so i had to restore it. Now whenever i try and jailbreak it it goes straight into recovery mode so cant now, shame because i would like to get winterboard working.
broken my iphone and i love it, as soon as i got it i jail broke it so i can have an extra dock and fantastic themes and free ringtones.

I am JB and have been for ages. Those using winterboard for wallpaper should try Bosspaper, it runs faster on my 3G.
Wasn't an iPhone, but an iPod Touch 2G, and jail breaking gave so much more functionality to the device. Had to reset it back for the 3.0 upgrade - which they want you to pay for on the iTouch!, then jailbreak'd it right back again.

JB here too, would reccommend to anyone who is comfortable doing it.
