I have been tasked with sourcing a PDA for two members of the SMT - the head and deputy already have HTC 7500 but these are apparently slightly over spec'd.

My brief is that the devices will be mostly used as mobile electronic calendars, with occasional word processing mainly meeting notes etc. Large touch screen and keyboard - like the HTC - an advantage. They have to be capable of sync'ing with MS Outlook (we have Exchange if that makes a difference) when connected to a laptop or desktop computer. The 'phone/GPS functionality of the HTC is not necessary.

Anyone got any recommendations as to what/where I could start looking? There seems to be so many such devices out there, I'm a bit befuddled with it all.
