IPhone Photos
Hi,
I used to transfer my pictures from iphone to laptop via 'my devices' section in 'my computer' area, but now when i connect my iphone, it does not appear in the available devices section. everything else works fine. Checked computer management etc. Any idea please????
Thanks,
Jamjim

I've found connecting the phone, opening iTunes, letting it sync, close iTunes and repeat will eventually bring the phone back to My Computer.
There is probably a more elegant solution out there though!!

You could always use file sharing apps like Air Share or something.. but why pay for an App when it should be free right?
Try restarting your computer and iPhone. Same thing happens to me once in a while but mines jailbroke so I just grab them off through SSH
(edit) Also, i don't know if its just my computer or not, but different USB ports act differently for a few of my devices I have plugged in. Maybe try a different USB port as well if you don't always use the same one?
