    Learnpad and Active directory

    Afternoon all,

Have managed to get my Learnpads up and running with apps but I am wanting to try them with students logging on.

I am putting in the correct Domain name and host server but I always get a 'Failed to find user error'

    Any ideas?

    Hi Captain Charisma,

My name is Tom from LearnPad support.

Our developers are currently aware of an issue that may cause the error, which is linked to certain specific AD configurations. Were currently working on a fix and well update you as soon as is it resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience but please rest assured, its a top priority.

Please feel free to give me a call on 0845 862 0390 if youd like to discuss it in more depth.

    Thanks,

    Tom

    Hi Edutech4schools,

Yes, LearnPads are able to connect to a domain server and authenticate.

The following pages on our website explain this feature in more detail:
    InClass | AvantisAvantis

Once again, please feel free to give me a call if you would like to discuss any of the features in more depth.

    Kind Regards
    Tom

Is InClass compatible with the first generation 10" avensis tablets (or would it be too much of an overhead?) and would we have to pay extra for that feature?
