Bit of a strange one, we recently had a power cut and since the power cut one of our teachers keeps getting the message "cannot get mail server error contact your server administrator" when syncing mail to the iPad. I can see all of his folders but none of his emails. I have removed the account from his iPad and iPhone and re-added but the same problem. After a bit of digging around on the internet I came across an article which mentioned about deleting emails from the day the email stopped working as there may be a corrupt email somewhere. I have tried this but still to no avail. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.
