    Configurator- Unable to Import App

I'm trying to import one free app (appoLearning) into Configurator 1.4 but I keep getting the error message- Unable to import app "appoLearning 1.3.3". Unable to communicate with the iTunes Store.

I've tried closing Configurator and reopening- no luck. I've tried rebooting the Mac- no luck.

I've checked the internet connection and I've loaded iTunes and can access all areas of the store no problem. It's weird because it was working last week and suddenly this morning it's broken, but I haven't changed a single thing!

    Anyone else had this problem?

Not recently, I don't think. I'm running iTunes 11.1 at the moment.

If I try to update to 11.1.1 I get an error saying- "An error has occurred. The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error - 1012.)"

Still getting this error today. I had a quick google and saw others have had the same issue but they suggested it was a problem with the Apple servers and it resolved itself.

FIX- I was still getting the same error when trying to update iTunes from 11.1 to 11.1.1 and when trying to import an app into Configurator 1.4.

I decided to download iTunes 11.1.1 from the website instead. Everything is working again now.

That's good you managed to fix it, do you use passcodes on your iPads? If so have you had/got round any issues with them being wiped each time they're refreshed?

No, I don't see the point of using passcodes in school.
