Looks like the rumours of a release yesterday amounted to nothing.

£215 in real money... wow
Is it just me or is anybody surprised that Google still have LG making these devices considering they own Motorola?
Its like ive had good luck! my overtime is due on pay day, a few days later the N5 could be getting released!
won't give any preferential treatment to Motorola despite owning the company. I'm sure Google doesn't want to jeopardise relationships with other OEMs.
I reckon Sony should make a Nexus phone next. They haven't had a go yet.
I went in to the phone shop to have a look at the lg g2 which is meant to be a similar build to the coming Nexus 5. I must say the LG G2 phone is one fantastic looking phone, I actually prefered it to all the Samsung ones in the shop although you do have to get over the buttons being placed on the back of the phone, which is a silly place to put them.
EDITED from original post
The main differences between the Nexus5 and the G2 (leaked specs) is the N5 has a slightly smaller screen, lower spec camera and smaller battery. My issue now is that I prefered the size of the G2 screen and the camera quality was blinking awesome and something I would want.
Not sure I can justify the difference in price but would really like the LG phone. What do I do.

missing overflow button). Also, since LG's software takes up ~9GB this leaves you with just 7GB's of free space on the 16GB model before you even start using it!
Thanks for the info. Looks like it will be the Nexus 5 when it comes out.
