InTouch & Integrated Logon Problem
Since the Spring release of SIMS and InTouch we have been having a big problem using InTouch in that every so often it will stop working and show a message about the Data Service being unavailable.
Capita have been looking into this since March but don't seem to be getting anywhere...
We are told that this is something to do with our SIMS users having integrated logons linked to their AD accounts.
Is anyone else using InTouch with integrated logons and if so have you noticed any problems?
