We are trying to get Profiles up and running and are struggling with the report output. Can someone post me their XML so I can see how they have done it. I understand you can put all the subjects on the same XML file and it will just miss out the ones with no records but can't get it to work for me. Does anyone use the same XML for the whole school or more than one year group?
Send me a PM and i'll send you one of our templates. I don't see why you can't use the same template for the whole school but it will be difficult to manage. We use a template for each year group here as the covering letter which we include is always different.

We have one template for each year group, previously recreating that template each year but now moving to using the same comment bank and template each year, just updating it.
Ours are multiple subjects to one page, the tags which you need to insert are the Open/Close Report Section which will then filters out the subject if there is no comment for that section. I'm not 100% sure if this is the same if you have one subject per page.
