Hi,
is it possible to export a timetable in the form of individual dates? for example have what lessons a teacher will have for every possible day of the year instead of just a week 1 and week 2 timetable?
thanks,

Which MIS are you using??
SIMS.net
I would assume that, at this time of the Academic Year, the Timetable is the same for each rotation up until July.
With the changes that probably have to be made via many Maintenance Datasets over the year I would have thought that it is a pretty useless exerecise to try and do this?
Or have I missed the point of what you want to do?
Our Timetable year has not yet started (it begins tomorrow!) but I already have a Maintenance Dataset ready to kick in on Monday. There will be several more over the next week or so - not to mention over the next 11 months!
If it's a teacher who doesn't have a regular pattern then you can view their timetable from SIMS by searching for the staff member and clicking the timetable link and just change the effective date. Clicking on current week will put the date at the top of the columns and show the actual timetable.
The best thing is the teacher can do this themselves.
I think the new timetable printing routine allows you to set an effective date too, but i had a feeling there was something wrong with it when trying to look at future dates.
The old Print Timetables routine, has a reference date box, so that would be the workaround if the first fails.
both routines are available from the reports menu if you have the correct permissions.
