Solus log

I keep getting several schools failing to upgrade vis Solus. I can run manually but overnight I get this in the log. I know it says proxy error but why will it run if I run it directly? Any ideas?

That's the only thing I could think of but 80% of our schools go through with the same script.

I'll try adding the proxy details and see if these go through tonight.

By default SOLUS will use the users internet settings. Assuming it's a scheduled task, is it running as a user who has the internet settings set, such as by Group Policy. Would guess that's why some work whilst others don't.

Seems to be working now. I have also added a ReportDef import routine into the batch file.

Might want to look at the DeployFileset.exe as well. Shame about the lookups.

What does that do? I tried to search on Capita but it came up with loads of irrelivant results.

mfs \ ManifestFiles \ filesets. Same thing (I believe). You need them for the census stuff. App is in C:\program files\sims\sims .net.

You've lost me.....

Sorry, I previously click the "back" button by mistake and I lost my original post.

Right, DeployFileset.exe is used to install the filesets into SIMS (DMS). The School (Workforce) Census is currently the only fileset Capita produce. We normally get updated versions we have to import into SIMS (DMS) to resolve certain errors (NB: Not sure if these are problems caused by the DCSF or Capita).

Hope that makes more sense.
