"Set Environment" Message When Running SIMS.net at an RM School
One of the secondary schools we support is having an issue with SIMS .net.
Some users are getting the following when message when trying to run SIMS .net after upgrading to version 7.108 (August 2008 Main Release):
Set Environment
The system detected that your profile needed to be updated to run this program.
Changes have been made that will be available next time you logon.
It appears that when RM users have had their profiles reset, this message is displayed when they first attempt to access SIMS .net. Subsequent attempts are successful.
The school uses RM Community Connect® 3.
Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions as to why this is happening and how it can be stopped?
