I have just started work in a school that is in a bit of a tricky situation. My first task is to look at the curriculum for year 9, who did options in year 8. The problem is that this option process hasn't worked, and most students probably won't meet progress 8 requirements.
How can I get a list of students & their subjects to see how many are doing the progress 8 subjects, as I think some, if not all, will need to re-do options.
Any quick way of doing this?
If you go to student list from reports menu you can from the right choose curriculum columns and drag them onto a spreadsheet like view. It's not pretty but get the data there and export to Excel then fiddle around with sorting it hopefully quickly filter down the list to problem areas.
Thanks, I don't have curriculum columns as an option in student list. I will need new permissions I guess... any ideas which one?
Not sure, basic class teacher access should allow you to view subjects.
I think it's the general list then on the right change the drop down box to show more fields one option should be curriculum I think, or something like that.
Change right hand dropdown from 'student details' to 'academic details'...
