I need to make a complaint against Capita as we have had two support calls that have been going on since monday and no one can give me updates on whats going on. I keeping calling them every hour asking for someone to call me with an update but no one does.
Does anyone know the best way of making a complaint or who to speak to, to try and get things moving?
So far since monday we have had no exams module working and no intouch!!!!
