SIMS reporting issues on some Win 7 PCs
Had an email from a member of staff:
I am having trouble running a SIMS report. Every time I run a “behaviour clean slate report”, which I do every week, I get the message “this may take a long time to run” (which it doesn’t usually and shouldn’t as it’s not a very big report). Then I get the “not responding” message at the top and it all crashes. Can you help?
She has a clean build Windows 7 PC with SIMS summer 2013 and Office 2010 (we recently moved to a new SIMS server)
This has happened to several users with clean build Windows 7 PCs
The SIMS.ini is as follows:
SIMSSQLAppsDirectory=E:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.SIMS2008\MSSQL\Binn
should I be putting in C:\Program Files\SIMS\SIMS .net into the first entry?
