Hi,
I am trying to log into SIMS, but it is coming up as
Login failed for user sysman reason 0
or something like that
I have tried
Username:sysman
Password:password / PASSWORD
but it has not worked as I said at the top.
Could you please help me or direct me to a link to download SIMSApplicationSetup.exe / SIMSInfrutusctureSetup.exe etc

That password won't work on a live system. Well it shouldn't. You shouldn't need those files if you have server access.
The best bet is to sign up for Capita SupportNet to get access to what you need or contact your support unit.

As I mentioned in the other thread, you will need to get those files from a source such as Capita. If you provide SIMS support to schools, you shouldn't have any problems. The school will be paying for a license so can request for you.
Looking at your past posts you have been looking for the SIMS setup files since September 2011. Did you have no joy back then? Something doesn't add up here. For someone who supports SIMS as a career, you are asking some bizarre questions.
