Pars hangs when loading
We currently have a situation at our school where the teachers are complaining that PARS takes too long to load in the morning. From our investigation from first boot in the morning PARS does take a while to load and when a say a while 1 minute, but apparently this is too long for teachers to wait! After this first load PARS will open within seconds.
Our PC's all run windows 7 and have at least 2GB of RAM and an Intel core 2 duo processor or above. Our server are Server 2008 R2. Please would it be possible for someone with a similar setup to test how long it takes PARS to open on their network? Simply login as a teacher and double click PARS and start a timer.
We have been in constant contact with TASC but they cannot seem to find a solution to our problem and say we are the only school that has complained of this problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, i rebooted my laptop before timing that.
I take it you have looked at the Performance reports in PARS?
It is my boss who has been looking at this issue but he is off ill today, I am not 100% certain he has looked at these. How do I go about running these?
PARS seems to stop at the same point everytime, it stops when it is creating the PARS.exe.config file.
If you login as a System manager in PARS, under System Managment -> Managment Reports
I have ran the report and it shows the following:
I am sure my boss has been through this report with TASC and they have said everything is fine.
Have you updated to Sims Autumn release?
no not yet Westfield are still testing it as there have been a few problems

22 sec from login to working application
no reboot before...not cached as not logged into PARS this week myself
