A year or more ago, we had specific behaviour points that would need compulsory comments from staff. We removed it not so long ago, however, we wish to introduce it back, so that staff are required to enter comments for certain behaviour points. The only trouble is, I now can't seem to find the option to make comments compulsory. Does anyone know if the option still exists..and if so, where?!
Not sure but the route used to enter the incident might affect whether or not comments have to be entered. If you do it from a register right click, or using the quick links i think it's different to going the long way round and using the behaviour management menu route.
