Backdate Marksheets

Hi all,

So I've set a Marksheet up so someone can input all of the External IB grades that were actually scored by last year's Y13s.
I've tried with all of the Group Filters but just cannot get to see last year's Y13 kids. It just defaults back to this academic year's dates. ?
Doing the same with the IGCSE results for the now present Y12s only shows the students that are here in Y12 but not those who have left.

I'm sure it's obvious but alas not for me..
All help appreciated.

Jack,
assuming you have a mark sheet for year 13 then changing the group member ship date to one in the last academic year and refreshing should show the correct pupils. No need for any filters.

I didn't know you did it that way, I though you could set it up automatically for the end user...
