im wondering if anyone has a guide for lesson monitor for staff? something easy to follow?

@victory2012 - the easiest thing i've done is to demo it for staff. They were always complaining it took too long and they had computer troubles etc. I gave them a demo in one staff meeting and for the basics it was really quick and easy.

1 - double click the class on your timeline.
2 - select all kids, mark as present.
3 - adjust absences
4 - save

5 - browse / close and reopen for other classes

They have handouts that show and explain the SIMS Toolbar along the top, and which icon does what as well as a shortened list of attendance codes which are usually stuck behind the computer.

You can follow up with extra hints and tips later.

1 - add additional info columns
2 - click photo and have it change live as you go down the list
3 - quick right click behaviour ( if you set it up )
4 - short way to enter behaviour / achievements in bulk.
