    Historical Ethnicity Report in Sims.net

Hi all, one of the Sims users has asked me if I can find out how she can complete this request in Sims.net

I have been asked to produce a report on ethnicity for academic years 2011/2010/2009/2008/2007 cannot work out how to produce a historic report as cannot see a date filter etc.
Can anyone shed any light on how

    Thanks

What ethnicity data do you want? Just the summary?

    Hi Matt,

She needs to report, number/ethnicity breakdown for each academic year on a whole school basis, i.e In academic year 2007-2008 we had 46 pupils in the school from an Asian other background, etc.

    Thanks

Several reports, or run throughs of the report, would be needed with the effective date changed in each instance.

Bit of a cheat but I would get it off the census(eseseses) summary reports, not sure if the DfE makes that data public either.

Yer, most schools don't remove the xml\html reports from the census folder - some do archive into sub folder - just check the one I'm remote in at the mom and it's got it all the way back to 2004!
