Been having major issues with the OpenVPN connections on our server. We use hosted SLG and a couple of months ago had InTouch installed. At what appears to be random intervals both OpenVPN connections drop and then fail to reconnect, or says it's reconnected but we cannot access. We have to use the GUI to disconnect/reconnect to get both connections going again. We have upgraded the OpenVPN software to the latest version but problem persists. We use our LA for internet, could the problem be their end?
Of course this time of year teachers use the SLG to access reports and if it fails in the evening (went at 6pm yesterday) they are unable to access it.
SIMs SupportNet have been next to useless regarding this. Had a case log open for over two weeks now and the most they have done is ask for a log file.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what we can look for?
