Currently we are trying to set up timetabling through SIMS. I'm getting mixed messages which point me first suggesting we need Nova5 then 2 days onsite work by Capita to set us up? Our Timetable changes daily (EDB School with 70 KS3 Lads). Any pointers on to how we go forward would be much appreciated.

23rd April 2012, 09:56 PM #2 Depends on your school size, complexity etc. Would recommend contacting your LA. In Suffolk we have a few freelance contacts who do adhoc timetabling. It's alot cheaper then Capita or 3rd parties who only do timetabling.

Is it the timetable that changes regularly or just pupil membership of the timetabled groups?

24th April 2012, 10:18 AM #4 It would mainly be the memberships changing but the timetable changes if you move the lesson to a different period or change room or teacher.
