    Printing reports after latest update

Has anybody else had any issues regarding printing reports after installing Version 7.144.36 ?
Our office ladies are complaining that it is taking 3 minutes for one report to be printed off for an individual child.
The server is 2008 R2 with 8Gb ram
PCs are XP with 2Gb ram

This has only started happening since running the update on Friday.

Seems fine to me. Just did a test on a couple of multipage reports, 10-15 secs to generate, straight to printer is fine too.
Which version of Office are you on, and has it changed. Worth patching it all so it's up to date. If you're on 2010 there are defo some patches you need, but upgrading the server shouldn't have made any difference to you.
Check the file sizes on server, ldf/mdf, disk usage etc. In case it's something slow on server side.

    Hi, thanks for the response.
The SIMS mdf is 3.5 GB and the ldf is 417mb
They are still on Office 2003 but I dont think it's SP3
I will check (when they let me "we cant stop working at the moment") later.
I am new to this school so I am still sussing out the set up - it seems there are a few bottlenecks on the network. Hopefully in time I will get them up to speed.

Try and run it on the server to rule out network, client, etc.
