Greetings all,
Anyone running both Smoothwall (latest release) and SIMS Learning Gateway.
Since this was installed over the Feb Half Term the SLG has gone offline.
OpenVPN will not connect and Smoothwall, ICTSS and SIMS have all gone tried with no success.
Smoothwall have been remoted in for the last 1.5 hours and still no joy.
Any ideas anyone?
Cheers,
Simon.

Although worth checking the open VPN config to see what ports using.

Also, funky VPN issues can be down to MTU mismatches...

Hi Tom,
No we just removed the Cachepilot when the Smoothwall Team was remoted in and made that the only internet filter in school. Still using the Norfolk Broadband solution.

19th March 2012, 01:15 PM #8 Works ok here in Suffolk so it's unlikely to the the ISP (E2BN).
