Got told about this today at an area meeting. Looks good, they demoed it in full to us. The serco support poral allows access to news and example files, a forum to discuss serco products (with a AUP to stop you slating them too much!) and a fully searchable knowledge base. (and some other bits I can't remember!)

There's also a new system to allow you to track your support calls which has just been launched as well. Both systems look good if they do what Serco say they will.

That said, they are still at an early stage aparently, and no doubt there will be teething troubles. The SE region is apparently the first region to be given access to this system, so I don't know if they're issuing other regions with Usernames yet.
