    SIMS InTouch Message Failed issue

    FYI,

    we have been recieving a "Message Failed" error with InTouch, it happens on all 3 message types.

    Capita have said that there is an issue at their end and multiple sites are affected.

    I would like to know how many people are affected by this.

    We're having problems since the last SIMS upgade. It says our InTouch is out of date. :/

    whoever you get your SOLUS update authorised form may have pushed the standard update and not the one that includes InTouch, as there are 2 different updates one with and one withou

    Sorry to jump on this thread but it we ar elooking to move to InTouch and would like some feedback. Ideally we would like ot visit a school using it if possible so if anyone could help with this.

    I would offer, but at the moment we have the standard, well in SchoolComms we did this, and we got that issue. We also had an issue as we have a Managed Service (thank you BSF) that does all of our ICT technical work, (I miss it, but enjoy working for the school) and there was issues between them, capita and our ISP (KCN). So it is all pretty much well this was better.

    Personally, I find the yearly price quite resonable for what it integrates with and the fact it is a whole Site License, with multiple users and all works with System Manager Permissions.

    I especially like the fact the with the Unexplained Absences that you can send the SMSs, see the reply at the bottom, set the mark and time span and then push it straight to your attendance (AM and PM) marks.
