I've installed Discover manually and had no problems but have now rolled it out to a couple of schools using Solus 3. The install went well and all I had to do was to do a data transfer. In both cases however when I go into Discover, although I have the main menu options which I can click on, I don't get any drop down menus that I can drag onto the canvas. This is happening on W2K3, W2k8 and XP and on the server and client workstations. On one of the machines I seemed to have the option when I first went in to open without protection and I changed this to "all the time" but that made no difference and I can't get that option back now anyway! Anyone experienced the same and if so - what's the solution!! Many thanks for any help you can give.
Aren't there some extra permissions needed on the client for Discover to work? Access to C drive, or certain folders.
