Report Types

Hi again

sorry for all the questions today but im learning more off here than Serco Support

we had someone from Serco come in and design a bunch of finance reports for us but these need tweaking to suit. Now these reports are diffferent to the others as the and a subscript 'S' next to the icon.

i have since tried to edit these files but the 'Ok' button is greyed out. even if i try and export and import to different folder they are still greyed out

Anybody else get this? any solutions?

the subscript 's' signifies that it is a system report. No editing i'm afraid.

However, if you click on the file, and then click "Create" it will create a copy of the file that you CAN edit.

If you highlight the report and click on 'create'

A copy of the system report is created and you can edit this to your hearts content.... note the name of the report usually is appended with 'new'
