Usually by paying for a consultant to come in if you haven't had any experience of cmis they seem to sell you a 'configurable package' read unfinished for that, and then want you to pay for constant training and consultancy.

Timetabling in CMIS
The timetable in CMIS is usually created using Scheduler which is an event based scheduling tool.
Once you have had the training the process if fairly strightforwards - it is a different approach to Nova T tho.
