Hi everyone
We've been asked to install the FMS Academy upgrade to one of out feeder primary schools and I've come up with a problem. When anyone logs in you get a Database incompatibility error.
I'm waiting on the IMS team to come back to me with a solution but the school have someone coming in today to transfer from the old FMS to the new so I need it soonish.
Any ideas anyone?
Cheers
James

Thanks

30th September 2011, 08:56 AM #4 Not an expert or owt but the only time I have seen this error is when the client software release version doesn't match the server release version (eg if you perform and upgrade on the server and the clients didn't upgrade).
After you upgraded the server did the clients upgrade?

Thanks everyone!

Hi, We experienced this the other day when SIMS was updated.
We were told it was down to us not giving admin staff the correct permissions to folders and registry settings on the c drive.
Do you run simsperm?
