    Question Free/Open Source MIS?

Does anybody know of any free to use to possibly even open source MIS systems?
I'm aware of the commercial options and we currently use SIMS, but this is just for research at the moment.

    Thank you.

Search this forum and you'll come across some.
Most recently scholarpack was both but went commercial.
Depending on what you want to achieve you may find them your best bet.
Possibly the old distribution can be utilized for free still.
