Would you being kind enough to login out then back in - getting 404 on http://support.capitaes.co.uk/user/login.asp which I get directed to from IIS7.

Just managed to log in to Supportnet, but for how long, who knows?

I get a 404 on the link posted above but if you use the 'Return to the Capita CS home page' link you can log in to support net from there.

I always use http://support.capitaes.co.uk/login/login.asp

Cheers, I've bookmarked the login, but it was a 404 on the login.asp not the redirect. Capita have said they have had a problem with SupportNet which now appears to be resolve. So if you tried this morning you would get a 404 error.
