Where or how are you looking? By KB number it pops straight up, or do a search under SIMS .Net for "Discover" - it's near the bottom of the results, search for "discover iso" it's the second result.
It's entitled, "what is the url for discover".

Absolutely - I have one quote saying it's better than xxx. I didn't believe that however!

LAs that host SIMS aren't able to go live until the autumn release - that could be the problem.
