Hi guys,
Currently trying to help out one of the assistant heads with an issue they have with Nova T4. I have very little experience with Nova T4 so you will need to bare with me.
They are trying to "LOAD CURRICULUM AND TIMETABLE FROM SQL". They click the "SQL" button the tool bar and basically follow it from there. They enter in their reference date and then their logon details only to be greeted with an error message stating "No data found for given date".
My first thought was they were using the wrong reference date however they've assured me that they are using the correct one. Which is why I've currently got a call open with DOTict and am awaiting a callback.
Anyone else dealt with this before?
B

14th July 2011, 11:34 AM #2 I didn't think you could load data straight into NT4 any more, i thought you had to export from NT6 and then import it in.
Or did you mean NT6 is being used.
