    Good Morning Coatham,
You're best course of action is to place a call with the helpdesk on 020 8695 8077 or to drop them an eMail at support@bromcom.com.
Perry and his team will be more than happy to help you resolve your problem.
In the meantime though I thought I'd query a couple of points..

1 - Is it just your own attempts to retrieve a timetable that are failing or is the problem endemic?
2 - What is the exact version number of WinFolder you are using (check the help - about link which should show you a version)
3 - Are you able to successfully retrieve a register by requesting it directly rather than via a timetable request?

The answers to these queries will still be useful to the helpdesk so it would be worthwhile answering them even if you do phone them first.
