    Blank Marsheet

    Hi,

We have marsheets that are set up but no class assigned to them, any idea how we assign a class to a marsheet?

I seem to have tried most things i can think of but nothing is happening?

    Thank you!

Can you post a screen shot of the template page please? Marksheets are just pointers to groups of students really, if there are students in the class they will show on the marksheet.

If your marksheet is blank, it means there are no students in whatever group that marksheet is based on

    hi,

its weird becuase there are 3 seperate classes all set up with the same template marksheet, 2 of the marksheets work fine with the classes coming up but one of them remains blank even though its the same template?

do you want a screen shot of the marksheet itself or the template?

    Thank you,

The template please, before you do, there are a couple of things you can try:
    1. make sure you're using the most current version of the marksheet - simplest way is to delete it then add it again (if it's been added in a previous academic year it might show as a blank at today's date)
    2. make sure there are actually students assigned to the class - do this in course manager

Most course (timetable) based marksheets will need recreating as losojos said. New ones will be appended with the year i.e. 10/11 . Also the supervisor will be wrong on an old one.

As well as the above suggestions, run 'update course memberships' to enforce any changes, and also try to change the group membership date and refresh in the marksheet itself, as if the course is a rolling group / technology cycle type rotation, the timetable may move kids in and out over a date range.
