Lettings management

Our group of academies is looking to manage their lettings more efficiently, and the person responsible has asked if we can buy this piece of software.

Brilliant, does what we want, bit pricey, but the big problem is we operate across multiple sites and while we can get routing setup between them, for a program such as this it's going to be awkward to make it work properly when you're not at the host site.

So anyone know of any good web based alturnatives to this product, as it'll be much easier to make it work across all 3 of the sites it needs to if it's web based!

Have you tried contacting the guys at CHQ?
Managing of Facilities is one of the things that they were hoping their extra-curricular software would be able to do.
