    I can only really speak about technical whatnots - you'll need to take that up with your account manager.

    My understanding is that we sent you the fix yesterday, have you had a chance to try it out yet?

    Putting my @GrumbleDook hat on here, did you test your 11.1 upgrade in a test situation on your LAN before releasing it which would be good practice for any MIS upgrade (in-fact any upgrade at all to anything) or just stick it on? I always install it on a test then test that as all types of user before then being happy to upgrade the live one.
    If you look at the release notes for the new build you will spot this:

    1.2 Change to copyright notice
    To reflect our new development partnership with Patni Computer Systems the copyright information for Facility and ePortal has now changed to read:

    Patni and Serco Learning Working Together
    (c) Patni Computer Systems Ltd 2011

    It may be the case that Patni are putting out the releases and not Serco?

    Releases still come from Serco, we're still driving what gets fixed/developed and then putting out the releases its just that Patni are the company doing the development, not Serco.

    Technically Patni release to us, and we release to you; nothing has changed about our development and release process from a school's perspective.

    I won't explain anything about that as Nick has done, but I am aware of the Serco / Patni partnership, it was explained to customers who were able to attend Progresso events earlier in the year and I've discussed with with people at Serco as well Its a move for the future and increasing the excellent work the Serco team have done
