Really? Flash will be dead within 3 years too. Much better things available "here and now.". No one develops anything serious in flash anymore for the web.

No-one develops seriously in Flash any more for the web? I'd beg to differ. Nearly all educational websites use flash, for example. I've yet to come across one that doesn't.

I wondered why Flash was not on my WP7!
It's because it's ahead of it's time!

They could do it all in Jquery (free, easy to use) in half the code and it would load twice as quick. The only thing flash is (reasonably) good for is showing videos. Sorry but you'll be hard pressed to find any web developer who really disagrees with that sentiment.

I don't think they let arbitrators use threats of physical violence.....but I'll give it a go
