    NOVA T4 optimum room use before it's impossible to timetable



    Does anyone know at what room usage stage does it become impossible to Timetable in NOVA T4.

    What is the optimum figure before it becomes impossible.

    Any help would be appreciated

    IIRC we have around 95% room usage on a regular basis ... and even have 100% at times. It is pretty much always possible ... but sometimes not very nice.

    From chatting with the timetabler we know how many classrooms we have in the building and we just make sure that we only have that we only have that many classes on at one time. We did invent a few extra rooms for classes taught in strange locations, but that was mainly for off-site stuff.
