    Not personally, but my colleague has. I'm able to log in today but still unable to download a report def, we are going to have a really annoyed Headteacher if I can't get a report for him, or an annoyed (more so) if I have to start from scratch.

    Spoke too soon, now can't get in again.

    Currently we're getting a "can't find the page" on login from Capita Children's Services - Home and the forums were horribly broken earlier.

    I'd have to score them 0/10 for help and response. I'd guess the Head who wants these reports would score less.

    With all the time I wasted trying to download I could have designed it from scratch. Hindsight eh.!

    Hmmmm. A screenshot of a page not loading...... a screenshot of the progress bar not moving......
