    I never worry too much. I heard that this morning, no Saturday delivery. Still, means less bills on the door mat. Nothing to ruin a weekend like an unexpected bill, apart from forgetting to turn the 7am alarm off.

    I can get on to SupportNet, but whenever I try to create a new case, review or update a case, I just get the message:

    The Application has encountered an error.
    The Web Support Team have been notified.
    In the meantime, please try logging out of SupportNet, close down your web browser, delete all temporary internet files and cookies, and try accessing Web Support and Case Log again

    This needs sorting out!!

    Week two and we are still unable to use SupportNet. Can't even connect to see if there is a message to say why.

    It seems to have been ok from here again.
    I have even logged a case successfuly with no issues.

    I should have tried from home, but work never crossed my mind.

    I have tried on my phone and RDP'd into a school but no use.

    Yeh, that's what it's like here. It must be the new YoYo v2.1 software they are using. It's hopeless.
