List of Inactive Users from system manager

Hi all,

If I am right, we cannot delete users in SIMS, but only make them inactive
Can I know how can I get the list of all the inactive users from System manager

I don't know the proper answer but a backhand way to see all users (and you could work out the inactive ones ) is to go to SQL Management Studio -> Security -> Logins. I scrolled down to the bottom and saw a lot of our old logins.

Set Up a new Group (say Old Users)
Add Users to it by selecting People and then Ex-Users.
You probably will not want a list of them all so change the dates you want to query.

Sorry!

You cannot add the Ex-Users to a new Group. You can only add Users to a group.
However, the way to view them is via 'Add Existing People as Users ..' Then Select Ex-Users.
You can't get a report of these though!

One would assume that Ex-Users will now include any parents who have been uprovisioned from SLG once the pupils have left.
